Guest Terms

Effective October 20, 2026 · StandHopper, Inc.

Extra terms for anyone who books a stand, blind, or property.

Licenses and law

Before you hunt, buy every license, tag, stamp, and permit required for your species, method, season, and location, and carry them as required. Follow all state and federal game laws, bag and possession limits, legal shooting hours, weapon restrictions, blaze-orange rules, baiting laws, and tagging and registration requirements.

Stay in bounds

Hunt only inside the booked property lines and only from the stands, blinds, or areas the host allows. Never shoot across a property line, road, or toward buildings or livestock. Respect sanctuaries and no-entry areas marked on the map. Retrieve game across a line only with the neighbor's permission and as the law allows.

Safety

Wear a full-body safety harness connected to the tree from the moment you leave the ground until you are back on it. Use a haul line for bows and unloaded firearms. Inspect every stand and ladder before use and do not use one that looks unsafe; tell the host. Do not hunt under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Your party and the property

Bring no more people than the booking allows, and make sure everyone follows these terms and the host's rules. Use only the parking and access routes provided. Leave gates as you found them, pack out all trash, and report any damage. You are responsible for damage your party causes.

Harvest

Follow the host's harvest rules (for example, minimum antler size or no does) as well as state law. Report harvests to the host as they ask. Shooting an animal the host has asked you to pass may lead to a fee set out in the listing and removal from the Services.
