A 20-ft ladder on the inside corner where a timbered ridge finger meets a 3-acre corn plot. Bucks stage here at last light in early November. You get the stand to yourself for the dates you book: no other hunters are scheduled on it at the same time. Check in by text when you arrive and when you leave; the host sends the gate code and a stand map the day before. Bring your own license and tags.
