A 6x6 box blind with a propane heater and sliding windows, watching an oak funnel between a cut cornfield and a thicket. You get the stand to yourself for the dates you book: no other hunters are scheduled on it at the same time. Check in by text when you arrive and when you leave; the host sends the gate code and a stand map the day before. Bring your own license and tags.
